HUBUNGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGETAHUNAN PERAWAT DENGAN TINDAKAN EMERGENCY NURSING INTERMEDIATE LEVEL DI IGD RUMAH SAKIT UMUM TGK CHIK DITIRO

Abstrak

Emergency conditions able occur in anytime, anywhere and for anyone. This condition demands the readiness of health workers to anticipate the situation. The death rate due to cardiac arrest and stopping breath is quite a lot for currently, especially in the pre hospital area. The purpose of this research was finding out The Relation Factors to Nurse Knowledge in Emergency Nursing Intermediate Level Proceeding at Emergency Installation Unit of Tgk Chik Ditiro Hospital in Sigli, Pidie. The type of this research was Analytic with Cross Sectional design. The population of this research was all of emergency installation unit nurses at Tkg Chik Ditiro Hospital in Sigli, Pidie. A number of 37 respondents were taken as the sample by using Total Sampling method. To obtain the data, the researcher used a questionnaire that containing of 33 statements. The result showed that nurse work period <5 years in good knowledge to Emergency Nursing Intermediate Level proceeding consisted of 13 respondents (48.1%). Statistical test result with Chi Square obtained P-value 0,015, nurses who have attended training before about Emergency Nursing Intermediate Level proceeding in good knowledge category consisted of 23 respondents (85.2%).

Statistical test result with Chi Square obtained P-value 0,000, 23 respondents (62.2%) nurses who have higher education to Emergency Nursing Intermediate Level in good knowledge level. Statistical test result with Chi-Square obtained P-value
0.032. Good knowledge of high nurse award to Emergency Nursing Intermediate Level proceeding consisted of 23 respondents (85,2%). Statistical test result with Chi Square obtained P-value 0,000. It is suggested that nurses have to increase their performance so that patients who get treatment feel satisfied and nursing care can be carried out well.
