HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT DENGAN PENERAPAN STRATEGI PELAKSANAAN PADA PASIEN HALUSINASI DI RUANG PSIKIATRI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH TGK CHIK DITIRO SIGLI

Abstrak

All around the world, mental health disorders become very life-threatening problems. WHO estimates that there are 450 million people in the world have experienced of mental health disorders. Indonesia is one of countries that has an increase in mental health disorders. Hallucinations are one of mental disorders symptoms which the patient sensory experiences change of perception such as outside stimuli, patients hear false sounds, sight, tasting, touching, and avoidance that doesn’t exist actually. The objective of the research was to know the relation of nurse knowledge levels to strategy implementation at psychiatry room of hallucination patients in Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The type of this research was Analytic with Cross Sectional design to know the relation of nurse knowledge levels to strategy implementation. The population in this research was all of psychiatry room nurses in Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital that consisted of 36 respondents taken as samples by using Total Sampling method. To obtain the data, the researcher use a questionnaire sheets

that contained of 20 questions. The results of statistical test results showed that there was the  significant  relation  of  nurse  knowledge  levels  to  strategy  implementation to hallucination patients obtained P  the  relation of  nurse knowledge levels to  strategy implementation P value (0.006). Thus, it can be concluded that there was the significant relation of nurse knowledge levels to strategy implementation. It is suggested that become respondent resources to increase knowledge about the relation of nurse knowledge levels to strategy implementation at psychiatry room of hallucination patients with hold seminars and trainings on nursing management of hallucinatory patients.
