PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN FARMASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MEMBELI ULANG OBAT

Abstrak

Pharmaceutical services are said to be good if they are in accordance with pharmaceutical service standards. Pharmaceutical service standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for pharmaceutical staff in providing pharmaceutical services. In order to improve the quality of health services, it is necessary to ensure the accessibility of drugs that are safe, efficacious, quality, and affordable in sufficient types and quantities. Objective: To identify the influence of the quality of pharmaceutical services on decisions to repurchase drugs at the Pharmacy Unit of Tgk Abdullah Syafii General Hospital, Pidie Regency. Research method: using cross-sectional method. The research location is in the Pharmacy Unit of the Tgk Abdullah Syafii General Hospital, Pidie Regency. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The sample is outpatients for the June 2021 period as many as 97 people are reduced to 78 people by using the formula for determining the sample size, namely the slovin formula. The data analysis techniques that will be used are univariate analysis and bivariate analysis.
