Today, many cosmetic products are unhealthy and of poor quality. In Indonesia, it is being heralded by dangerous cosmetic products. Therefore, it will create new healthy and quality products at affordable prices. The first thing to do in the planning stage is a product survey as the first step to starting a business. The second thing that needs to be done at the planning stage is to conduct a feasibility study on the business to be run. The main target market for this lip balm product are students from the STIKes Medika Nurul Islam campus and all female teenagers. The first place of sale will be on campus, the rest we want to sell at cosmetic shops, cosmetic companies or even if we find a formulation of bioactive cocoa, it is hoped that the target market is the nearest supermarkets. Products that are marketed will be packaged in tubes. Packaging here is done because it has a very important role in the business world, because packaging does not only provide a container for the products produced, but rather on carrying out the mission load in the context of market competition and also increasing sales.
